Tooro Organic Producers Association (TOPA) is a farmer-centered organization pioneering organic agriculture since 2015 and incorporated in 2022 with Government of Uganda Reg no.  80020003587340 , focused on farmer/ community empowerment in  essential oils, and value-added herbal products in Uganda. We empower rural communities to learn about climate smart farming,  produce premium organic raw materials, improve household incomes, strengthen nutrition, and connect farmers to high-value domestic and international markets.

With a growing network of 1,500 farmers across 9 districts—57% women , 40% youth and 3% PWDs,  TOPA is driving climate-smart agriculture, rural industrialization, and export-ready organic value chains.

To build a resilient network of 10,000 empowered farmers producing world-class organic raw materials for premium essential oils and nutrition products, strengthening Uganda’s health, export competitiveness, and inclusive economic growth by 2030.

Mission

To advance Uganda’s organic and essential oils value chains by equipping farmers with modern skills, scaling sustainable production, strengthening local value addition, and building partnerships that unlock markets while improving community health and livelihoods.
